FQDN/IP address for communication into self hosted PSAs

For PSAs that are self-hosted Partners are starting to restrict their inbound connections to only what is needed. We should provide an FQDN or IP address for PSA communication so MSPs can whitelist that connection.

This would mostly be for ConnectWise Manage and Kaseya VSA.

Hi all! Thanks for your feedback and patience. 
Traffic coming from Huntress systems will now come from the following IP addresses:
52.4.130.244
34.205.224.75
184.72.103.99
107.21.187.4
This will allow you to update your allowlists and get your PSAs working with Huntress. 
We'll be updating our support documentation shortly.

We're coming up on 2 years since this thread started. While I get it that you're waiting for the vote count to increase, as a security company it should be a bit embarrassing that you don't have this already. Huntress, please respond and explain why you aren't doing this. It doesn't seem that hard or expensive. Good security should be table stakes in this business.

Instead of leaving our PSA open to the internet to support AWS connections for the platform, can you allow us to restrict access by setting up a proxy with a fixed IP?

This should be a priority feature because recent string of Connectwise Manage vulnerabilities forced a lot of partners to restrict their on-premises PSA to allowed IP ranges only. Every other vendor we are working with has addressed this. AWS has this capability. Please implement this, Huntress Team!

We have other vendors with AWS hosted applications that integrate with our on-prem ConnectWise Manage server. Those vendors have set up proxies with a fixed IP block so that we can lock down our firewall to them only.

Using API integration into ConnectWise provides much better ticketing and is essential for billing. As more MSP's move their PSA's behind firewalls, you're going to need to address this. For those that bill Huntress to their clients, not being able to set up billing integration is a deal-killer.
