We need a globally searchable custom field or notes section for individual agents. Currently, there is no appropriate place to input unique identifiers used by our MSP. While the Agent Tag exists, the FAQ confirms it's designed for broad terms like "Server" and, is not searchable. A dedicated, searchable notes field would significantly improve our ability to manage and locate specific endpoints.
