Ability to change web timeout / session idle time

Would love the ability to customize this, or just have it extended to 4 hours.

Yep, this is very annoying for taking pause mid-project and then having to log back in, especially from within the SAT dashboard which requires a few steps to revitalize the login.
Per 'Role' as a configuration with a account-level default (inherited for new Roles?) sounds like the best bet.
I understand why they have prioritized security with the timeout, but it's really far too quick and frankly nobody else forces such a short timer, typically you seek a common workday (ie 8 hours) or thereabouts.

Do this per user and/or role. The current timeout is hyper-annoying.

You could have your recommended timeout as the default and issue a stern warning if we change it, but we should be able to set it for what works for us. Also, as Kenny suggested, being able to have different timeouts for admin vs. read-only accounts would be ideal.

Would love this feature but perhaps only for Read-Only accounts? We like to have the dashboard displayed and cycle through our monitors in the office but every 30 minutes we have to log in which is frustrating.

It would've been awesome to have the Huntress status on one of our big screens in the control room, but with the short timeout, it could be difficult.

Yes please! Drives me crazy already.

Hmmm March 25, 2021 .. seems like a great feature to add. +1 from me! ;-)

If there were conditional access policies in place (public IP safelists), I would think increasing timeouts by a couple of hours would be more acceptable.

+1 this is problematic for the reasons already noted by others. I'm all for security, but this interferes with workflow and creates an hourly UX frustration. Xero has a similar timeout period which absolutely drives me up the wall.
