Allow/Customize Security Engineer/Admin Roles at the Organizational Level to access Escalations.

Partner would like for organizational Security Engineers/Admins to access the Escalations tab. Currently the link at the account level and Organizational level are inaccessible for Security Engineers/Admins at the Org level to resolve/look into. If they can customize the permissions that would also work. Currently it looks like any organizational role is not able to access the link to investigate and resolve the issue.

100% needed. As an MSP we are attempting to empower organization admins and security engineers with the tool they have been given access to.
With that, we are finding it being a coin toss on who can manage certain settings. We first ran into this on the VPN settings themselves, now the escalations page as well.
This current setup adds frictions/delays for client members who have been given roles with permission levels that should grant them access to all of this.

This would provide real success for MSP that manage organizations with internal IT teams. Allowing Organization Admins to manage their own Escalations and Incidents. In addition, the ability to setup notifications of Escalations or Incidents to Organization Admins would be very beneficial
