EDR and incident alerts via webhook to Teams

I would like to have EDR and incident alerts sent directly to Teams using a webhook. This feature would be beneficial as webhooks are becoming the preferred method for many companies and products. Implementing this would greatly enhance our integration capabilities, especially as we plan to convert 2000 Crowdstrike endpoints into Huntress EDR.

Teams notifications for critical alerts

I need the ability to receive notifications for critical alerts directly in Microsoft Teams for better visibility. Currently, this functionality is not available, and I can only receive these alerts via text or call. Integrating this feature would greatly enhance our incident management process by centralizing alerts in our communication platform.

I would like the ability to have incidents and escalations automatically sent to a Teams channel. This would streamline communication and ensure that my team is promptly informed of any issues.

Microsoft Teams Integration for EDR/ITDR Workflow Notifications
Erik Rojas-Argueta
Please add native integration with Microsoft Teams Workflows for Huntress Labs to send EDR and ITDR notifications directly to Teams channels. This would allow IT and security teams to receive real-time alerts within their existing communication platform, improving response times and reducing the need to rely solely on email or the Huntress dashboard—especially when technicians are mobile or onsite.
Ideally, the integration should support the same notification format currently used for email and ConnectWise PSA, with options for channel targeting via Teams Web Link.
Best Case Scenario:
For IT teams that are constantly onsite or in the field, email alerts can be easily overlooked or delayed due to limited inbox access. A Teams integration ensures alerts are delivered as instant, high-visibility messages where technicians are already collaborating—resulting in faster acknowledgment and resolution of critical threats.

Wouldnt using the Teams channel email address as a notification point catch that. I imagine there's not a lot of noise comming from Huntress anyway, so all Huntress alerts comming in to a single channel to action shouldnt be a biggy?

It would be great to get an alert in Microsoft Teams when a computer gets Isolated. That way a specified group/department/company can get alerted so they can reach out to the client as fast as possible.

Yes Please!
I really don't love the limitations of the TXT/SMS notifications. This would allow for richer content.
