Choose which notifications Huntress sends to ServiceNow
You can now choose which Huntress notifications are sent to ServiceNow, giving you more control over what enters your workflows.
Choose the notification types you want to send:
- Incidents, Escalations, Platform Actions, and Account Notices.
- See each record’s notification type so you can route it within ServiceNow.
- Notifications without a severity now arrive as Low instead of Critical.
