A manual survey option would be immensely helpful to us for diagnostic and faster MTTR. I would imagine that it would help reduce some burden on support staff for manual requests like this.

I'm removing S1 on a bunch of machines. Its hard to know that I don't have a gap in coverage before Defender takes over. I keep checking the Huntress dashboard and it shows a variety of different statuses. When support does the Force Survey, it updates and I know exactly the status. Wish I could force it myself. About 10% of the machines I'm removing S1 I'm unsure about.

Yes, having the portal query the device agent on demand would be useful to me as well. Say my RMM shows the AV signature up to date and Huntress shows 20 days old. I'd like to get a refresh from the device on demand.

This would be MASSIVELY helpful for when I'm cleaning up MacOS devices that don't meet MDE readiness... usually I can get someone from support rather quickly but being able to do it myself to speed up the process would be great!

Extremely useful feature! Working on troubleshooting unhealthy endpoints and need to contact support every time we need to refresh the state of an endpoint. If they can do it, then the technology is already in place, just let us access it!

100% agree. Currently on a 40,000 migration project and part of it is remediating the unhealthy devices. It causes the remediation process to be significantly slowed down since I can't force a survey update to see if the old AV References we are clearing is good enough.

Agreed, after troubleshooting and making changes, it would be nice to see if changes were effective without having to wait.

Would really like this feature. Also would be good in general if machines refreshed every 5 minutes.

I second this. Trying to troubleshoot can take hours to determine what I did work. I don't want to talk to support about "Hey can you force check in on this computer". That's something we should be able to do :)
