For the option to export all agents to a csv or excel file, there should be a column for serial number of the agent.

Hello! Happy to announce that we've added this functionality in our new UI preview. Serial numbers are now default available in the agents page and will also be exported on CSV download. If you don't have access to the new UI beta you should be able to find it in the top right of the portal nav bar.
