Option to send email alert for offline agents

We recently noticed one of our servers hadn't sent any data to Huntress for 1 day for server hosts it would be good to have the option to have huntress to send an email alert that it hasn't been seen for ideally under 1 hour but even 1 day would be better than nothing. Currently the options only seem to be centred around uninstalling agents that haven't checked in.

Send Alerts for Offline Agents
Nicholas Gusto
I recently worked with a partner who had a server with an offline agent they were unaware of.
Currently, the only notification method for offline agents is if the Unresponsive Agent Settings are configured to Uninstall after X amount of days. When this occurs, an email will be sent to notify the partner of the uninstallation, and, of course, this will alert them that something is wrong if it's unexpected.
They suggested adding an option for "Alert via Email/SMS" to the Unresponsive Action category, and I think this is a great idea.

As long as this is configurable for 'Agent offline for XX number of hours' to avoid being flooded during a maintenance window, this has my vote.

Please add. We've had a few Huntress agents randomly stop working and it would be nice to receive alerts.

If a heartbeat could be written into the Huntress logs I could use my RMM to monitor it and send alerts as needed.

We shut down some servers to conserve energy, so the time-till alert should be configurable.
Either this, or suggest how we can better monitor this from the RMM side of things, if it's correct that all your Huntress services were running, then monitoring just those wouldn't be enough. Maybe some kind of heartbeat-monitoring based on the log-file could do it?

I don't even have Huntress and I want this feature because it's silly not to have it.
Come on guys
