Alert us on Unresponsive Agents

It'd be nice to set up alerts for unresponsive agents in our dashboard so that after a certain amount of time passes we are notified to check. In most cases, it's likely devices will just be offline, but it'd be good to have a way to uncover if the device is online and just not communicating for some reason. Likely an alert that would be greater than 2 days (don't want a laundry list of alerts after every weekend passes).

I am struggling to manage situations where an agent becomes unresponsive. It would be beneficial to have a feature that automatically creates a ticket when an agent has been unresponsive for a set number of days. This would help in tracking and addressing such issues promptly.

We previously got an alert email if systems were unresponsive >30 days and were automatically removed. It would be great to get that same alert if "Do Nothing" was chosen as the action.

I think the idea for having Huntress Agents uninstalled or disabled is fundamental, in case of an attack that disable huntress we should be aware of that.

Being able to have an email alert for servers would be great! Or Other device with huntress trying to reach out to the device finding it online and taking remedial steps would be even better.
