Allow organisation level users to act on escalations.

We want to have organisation level users, with sufficient privileges (Admin/security engineer), to act on escalations within their own organisations.

These are capable people who know what to do and it reduces the workload for us as an MSP.

Agreed, they are IT professionals or else they wouldn't be in an admin role for their org. With your logic, they wouldn't be able to approve remediations either.

Yep this would be great. Would also let us offer this product to clients who are not fully managed (MSP) but still would like some protection.
