If Huntress had this capability, it would be easier for us to stomach the switch from SentinelOne to Huntress + Microsoft Defender only, since the remote shell is an integral capability for our team.

Chris Ba I don't know what licensing you have standardized, but there is a remote support option within Microsoft/intune where you can basically do the exact same approach. However, if you don't have standardized licensing or have cases where people are stubborn and just won't get the licenses then this feature would absolutely be a game changer.

Bryce, the majority of our customers do not have Intune or MDMs, and those that do usually have an internal IT team. The customers are mostly BYOD (or BYOD-like) companies with minimal or no management of the devices beyond our security suite. We have some customers on an RMM, plus SentinelOne is our go-to for the reason of having the remote shell and standardized protection against the big OS's (with Defender, macOS requires M365 Defender licensing, etc).
We continually evaluate the best defense + setup for our customers while trying to minimize overhead by needing 15 systems to accomplish a task that 3-5 could handle.
