Need a monthly report option, that can be emailed automatically, that will detail each organization their agent usage and MDR usage so we can properly bill our customers. Having accounting log in and pull this information is not practical. So a technician gets tasked with this and its unnecessary.

We need a billing entities report. Our clients sometimes have questions after receiving their invoice regarding which users were billed. We can view billable entities on the screen, and copy/paste into excel in a messy way, but there are no reports and these entities are not available via the API.

There is a report that is sent to the accounting contact, but I think only if they have admin permissions. You're right. It doesn't make any sense.
