Hey Magali'la Connelly'la, we liked your idea so much that we decided to revamp the way we represented Microsoft Defender's Health. We've added a new state called "Unmanaged" that will be populated with hosts that could run Defender, but have 3rd party AV installed. Huge thanks for the feedback and please let us know if you see any odd quirks or bugs with the way we make these classifications (Windows didn't make it overly easy ;)
