External Recon - Acknowledgement / notes

I think it would be nice to be able to acknowledge results shown in external recon, and at least tag them so they can be filtered with things such as acknowledged, resolved, false positive, etc. It would also be nice if you could place a note to document what the port is used for.

Yes please, this is SORELY needed. We check external recon once a month but sometimes this list is really long and it would be nice to not have to create a secondary list that lists recon results to ignore, just to have to cross reference every month I check our external recon results.
