We have co-managed contracts where we'd like to see this in reverse as well, where the client's IT has to approve remediation before it can be run, except by Senior techs. So having granular control on a per-client basis would be nice.

An ideal solution would be custom roles that can be created and defined granularly, then applied to groups of users.

Berk Mustafa: We have customers with in house IT who would like to be able to remediate but cannot as they only have accounts at the organization level. I agree it would be good to be able to grant this in a granular fashion.

Assisted Remediation is something we do not plan on implementing at the Organization level.
If you have co-managed environments, then you can provision a Huntress account for that customer under a Huntress Resell Dashboard. You would still have the same access into their environment, but the customer would have their own account instead of being an organization under yours. They would have a separate "portal" to log into as well with the ability to use assisted remediation and add custom integrations
