Managed Antivirus Exclusions - assignable policies
P
Paddy Cummings
At present there is no option to create a set of Managed Antivirus Exclusions rules, save it as a policy and apply it to organisations as required. For example, I have 7 organisations that use a specific legal software platform that requires certain file, folder, process and .exe exclusions to operate, and another 5 organisations that use a different software platform with different required exceptions. It would be in line with the quaility of the rest of the Huntress Managed EDR offering if these could be created, saved and assigned as policies to an organisation, rather than having to input each exception manually for every organisation that needs them. This has been available in AVG/AVAST and BD for many years.

Hi Paddy, thanks for bringing this up. We've introduced functionality now where if you create exclusion settings at an org level, you can edit the existing exclusion to add additional orgs. This should help alleviate the need for you have to manually create them over and over again. Try this out and please reach out to me if there's anything we can do to make the experience better. russ.bashaw@huntresslabs.com
