There is a EDR Health API available on the endpoint that can be used to report on the EDR agent status. The status will switch to "unhealthy" if the agent loses connectivity with the Huntress platform for over 24 hours.

Dont know what RMM tool you're using, but on N-Central we made a custom monitoring service that checks the 3 Huntress services and alerts if they stop for a period of time.
