I second this. I am currently trialling Huntress and plan to move away from BitDefender where this functionality is possible, however is lacking in Huntress.

BitDefender has been a great backup when the RMM tool fails, so if Huntress is able to add this feature, it would certainly help to get a remote machine back online (or more importantly to apply patches and reboot to mitigate security risks!)

Simply a way to reboot an agent computer in the rare cases when RMM or other methods are not responsive.
