Send "Microsoft Defender Needs Attention" escalations to configured PSAs

To an MSP, everything is a ticket and this type of escalation is no different. Every Escalation and every Incident represent some kind of work to be done. It would be best to send ALL of these to the PSA and then let either automated workflow or people workflow sort it out. Service Desk personnel and Engineers work from the PSA, not the Huntress GUI.

definitely needed, all activity for us revolves around tickets as I am sure is the case for other MSP's
