very important feature for us.... there should be a possiblity to get the customer included in the information chain in case of an incident. Otherwise we have to build a workaround in our PSA - but that makes the whole thing unnecessarily complicated

This is a really basic feature that has been requested for such a long time already and not being able to have alerts go directly the the IT folks in charge of an Organization is becoming a show stopper for our clients

We need to be able to send escalations to internal IT groups for certain organizations. This seems like a basic feature. We will have to split the organization from our tenant otherwise.
