This is an extremely important feature to include and seems very simple on the surface. How has this been languishing since May 20, 2021? Please include this ASAP.

This is a critical requirement for partners who do co-managed agreements as such customers will also need their own notifications and may also have their own reporting/escalation policies.

Our more operationally-mature customers have their own internal IT staff, sometimes even security staff, so we'd love to have them receive notifications directly, instead of having to craft a forwarding scenario at our email server or ticketing platform.

We need this feature. We also do a lot of co-managed and our clients are requesting that they also receive alerts.

This is a big problem for us. We do a lot of co-managed.

I agree. This is being overlooked. We do a lot of co-managed, where the client wants us to manage the solution but we don't manage the desktops. We act as their security team. Typically in larger organizations, the security team is going to have the desktop or infrastructure team remediate issues. We are the security team where we'll have them fix the workstation. We do monitor it as well and follow up on these issues with the client. We are doing co-managed for larger clients, so this feature helps us sell more huntress by bringing our management of huntress and at our pricing to larger clients. Losing the discount just so we can do co-manage is going to cost us selling Huntress to these larger clients. Is an email alert really he deciding factor if we're still their MSP or not in Huntress's eyes?
