Set emails alerts by severity.

It would be nice if I could customize which severity incidents were sent to a specific email. For example, I want critical to be sent to ITEmergency@domain.net in order to page everyone, while low incidents can be handled through our normal ticket flow.

I have actually found a need for the org level alerts also. We have some co-managed environments where the workstations are managed by an internal team for faster response, but we are managing servers and infrastructure. An org level + Severity level selection would be a huge value add for these co-managed environments
