Show MacOS devices on the Managed Antivirus page

By default, the Managed Antivirus Status page displays only Windows devices, and has a filter that needs to be cleared to allow you to view macOS devices. However, it would be helpful to either remove the Windows-only default filter or allow organizations with only macOS devices to configure a different default.

+1, the view should just not come pre-filtered.
Another related improvement would be to stop showing "Active (XProtect)" for Macs that have Defender for Business deployed. My first thought seeing XProtect mentioned is "wait, is this Mac missing Defender?"
