Or will Huntress support be able to assist with this scenario? How would we log support tickets without access to the portal? Direct comms with our account manager?

I was chatting with Nick from support on "chat with us" asking about the same things. He pointed me to this form.
as for the break glass method if you enforce SSO, you would need to go to support.huntress.com and submit a ticket, call/chat with them, reach out to account manager, or submit an email to huntress@huntress.com.
but yes, some kind of break glass account would be wonderful.
