When enforcing SSO it would be nice to be able to exclude an account as a breakglass that could be used in the rare circumstance a certificate every expired we could use that to navigate back into the console and renew it.

I am surprised that this feature isn't set up for the Huntress environment yet since all our other vendors have it.

Break glass accounts are only used when normal authentication processes cannot be used. Control: ISM-1612

Or will Huntress support be able to assist with this scenario? How would we log support tickets without access to the portal? Direct comms with our account manager?

I was chatting with Nick from support on "chat with us" asking about the same things. He pointed me to this form.
as for the break glass method if you enforce SSO, you would need to go to support.huntress.com and submit a ticket, call/chat with them, reach out to account manager, or submit an email to huntress@huntress.com.
but yes, some kind of break glass account would be wonderful.
