This would allow us to place, for example, malwarebytes on the machine while it is isolated and still allow it to pull down definitions without adding it as accessible to all clients and tenants.

Would definitely like to see FQDN get added as an option in addition to IPs. Being able to allow the specific relay URLs for hosted ScreenConnect as opposed to just allowing all of ConnectWise's URLs would be much more secure. Especially when it feels like a decent percentage of remote access attacks start with a free trial of the hosted product, and allowing the whole IP space would still allow the attacker to access.

Hey Lucas - I think this feature is already available (via IP) in Settings > Managed Response.
