We would like the ability to install Huntress on a master image VM and use it for Citrix Machine Creation Services (VDI). Or at least a way to force the images to come online as unique for the new hostname.

Hey James Ferguson!

There are 2 methods that are supported for this:

(preferred) Follow this guide (https://support.huntress.com/article/117-deepfreeze-vdi) on resetting the Agent’s ID to ‘0.’ (the same guide as Kyle had shared).
Do nothing and Huntress will automatically de-duplicate hosts based on Hostname and/or UUID (at least 1 has to be unique or we can’t de-duplicate)
