We’d love to see API access to escalation reports added to Huntress.
Reason:
Currently, we want to automate the process of sending escalation report details directly to our clients' Points of Contact (POC) via email. However, the existing email and PSA integrations only send an ID—not a username or other useful details—making it difficult to take action without manual intervention.
By providing API access to escalation reports, we could streamline this process and ensure critical information reaches the right people automatically.
This enhancement would greatly improve our workflow efficiency and response times. Looking forward to your thoughts!
