I have used SATs in the past where instead of whitelisting IP addresses, domains and setup this way, the setup can be handled by app registration + DMI (direct message injection via API) - this eliminates spam filters gobbling up the messages and makes signup much easier and less likely to need support intervention. Plus I'm lazy.
