List MDR agents, ITDR users, and SAT users

Currently, the API only reports the billable count. It would be very helpful to get the list of agents and users that are being billed for each client. Currently, we are manually generating these reports for clients.

Confirmed there is currently an option to download EDR agents but not ITDR users. This should be default functionality for client billing.

Currently our API calls are limited to pulling data on each of our clients and number of licenses being billed. I am requesting the ability to call for a list of user accounts that make up that total.
