Mute or configure notifications

Currently, there is no way to mute or configure notifications to make them less noisy. It would be beneficial to have an option to manage notification settings to reduce noise and improve user experience.

Customizable Escalation Notifications

There is a need for more control over escalation notifications. Specifically, the ability to select which types of escalations trigger alerts would be helpful. This customization would allow us to avoid unnecessary notifications, such as those related to certain usage locations, and focus on the most relevant alerts.

Disable Escalation Tickets via Autotask PSA Integration

We would like to receive only incident tickets via the Autotask PSA integration, not escalations.
We do not see an option to disable escalation tickets and lack the capacity to investigate them individually. Ideally, we would like to dismiss them and review escalations in the portal when needed.

+1 for this. We like to parse out notifications with automation to make sure the notification gets to the right person/team on their helpdesk and not make more work for a general helpdesk to need to sort. We would love to see the ability to change the email address where things like Uninstalled Agent notifications and "Defender Unhealthy" notifications go to so that we can get them in front of the right people. It is also helpful if there is some information in those notifications like the client/company name so that we can parse it out to the right helpdesk.
We can work with email alerts, but webhooks would be lovely!
