ConnectWise: Manage - Option to create initial ticket under "Internal" rather than "Discussion"

Currently the ConnectWise: Manage integration will create a ticket with the initial report being tagged under "Discussion". Please include an option to choose whether it's under "Discussion" or "Internal" on ticket generation. We have a system where anything under "Discussion" is client facing within a self-service portal and would prefer the reports be visible internally only.

As with other popular integrations, we would like the ability for Huntress ticket updates to be written to the internal notes section of a ConnectWise ticket rather than the discussion section.
This would allow us to more effectively white-label our service delivery, keeping Huntress, SOC, and third-party communications internal – and not visible to the client. This change would better align with how we present support and reduce confusion for end users.
