This appears to be a very old post, and the Huntress app is not added to the Dock at this point in time, so I'm going to mark it as complete.

However, be aware that if you open the Huntress app, and if your Dock is set to "Show suggested and recent apps in Dock" (which is the default on recent versions of macOS), you will see the Huntress icon in that section of the Dock. It should not stay there for long if you don't keep opening the Huntress app.

Hi hal, I'm the macOS researcher here at Huntress. Are you still experiencing this issue? Can i ask about what installation method you're using? MDM, RMM, hands-on the endpoint?

There is a visibility need for the customers (sometimes). Warm fuzzy feeling. So if you do this, please make it optional.
