Client Communication Resources

It would be nice if you had a client communication template for ISPM controls. It would contain the controls and expected END USER experience after implementing, as well as the security benefit.
So often we turn on security features and get pushback from clients since "it's different now". This leads to stalling in projects and taskings as we then have to get account reps involved, explain the situation to them and then have them talk to clients.
Having a standardized explanations for decision makers and end users would erase a lot of friction in implementing security controls. (Plus, it saves internal teams a lot of time developing it ourselves.)

Hey Tristan - oh we totally get you! We have this on our roadmap already to help you communicate changes to the end users where there will be an impact. We've categorised the controls based on impact to end users as well. You can see in the portal today we flag some recommendations on whether you should let users know first. We're going to take that a step further with templates that you can easily re-use to send out to your end users.
