DEM account has Intune license and it's detecting like the license includes apps or email.

Hi Philip, 
After reviewing the control I can confirm the control is in fact performing correctly, a previous issue we had with this control is now resolved.
Can you confirm the DEP account doesn't have a privileged role such as Global Admin or Intune Administrator assigned. The only requirement for DEP is an Intune license, it doesn't need a privileged role.
