Disable escalations from ISPM security controls

It's kinda nuts this isn't the default. We haven't even had an onboarding call and Huntress is editing M365 tenants we manage. I get that it is all for security sake and don't disagree with most of the changes, but Huntress should NOT make org-wide changes by itself by default. We should also be able to manage ISPM settings from the account level for all orgs.
