Some of our clients have Teams direct routing for calling, part of this includes adding the direct routing SBC domain, however while it is added to the Microsoft 365 tenant, it does not have any services selected so it shouldn't be checked for DMARC.

I know we can accept the risk, however we do not want to do this as the other domains that do have Exchange enabled are then not checked.
