From the new ITDR Dashboard, in the section "Sign-in Locations," you may click on an unknown country, which reveals a layered sub-menu and a new button to Create Rule for an [Account or Organization], neither of which works when clicked. Instead, the screen darkens as if something else is loading, but it only freezes your web session and requires you to refresh the web page.
