With ITDR connected to Google account, none of the accounts show as Billable. Please correct this to reflect the billable accounts in Google.
Currently, according to the Info button on the
Billing Status
column indicates only Microsoft 365 accounts are accounted for in the Non-Billable. Does this mean that no Google accounts are billable in ITDR?
I am okay with this, but want to ensure we are tracking the correct billable numbers on our end.
An identity is marked as "Not Billed" if:
  • It is a Linked Identity: This user has both a Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 identity mapped to the same Huntress email. We only bill for the first one mapped.
  • If it has a Non-Billable License: The identity is assigned a specific Microsoft license type we exclude (e.g., shared mailboxes, resource accounts, or certain EDU licenses).
