Agreed. We need this so that we can alert admin partners for events only within their own tenant. We do not want to rely on filtering alerts via PowerShell and risk security alerts being sent cross-tenant.

We need the ability to target notifications and, where applicable, include alert messages that are scoped to a specific tenant/organization, and have those messages delivered only to the admins of that respective tenant/organization.
