The current system does not generate PSA tickets for 'Login without Entra Usage Location' escalations. It would be helpful to have tickets generated for every occurrence of this escalation to ensure proper tracking and management of these events.

+1 here - without PSA ticket notifications, we are not aware of the issue unless logging in for a different matter.
This also means time to resolve does not have a ticket logged too.
This allows us to have better tracking of who resolved what, much like the "Login - Unexpected Country" alerts what log per-identity.
