## Problem
When you onboard a new Google Workspace tenant, Huntress may generate
Unexpected Country Access
escalations for logins from your tenant's home country. This happens because the system doesn't yet know which country is "normal" for your organization, so those first logins get flagged — even though they're perfectly legitimate.
This creates unnecessary noise during onboarding and can erode trust in escalation quality right out of the gate.
## What we're doing about it
We will automatically detect your Google Workspace tenant's home country during onboarding and treat logins from that country as expected. This means:
  • We will no longer generate escalations for the home country of your GWS tenants
  • Immediate effect
    — the fix applies as soon as the tenant is onboarded, with no configuration needed on your end
  • Existing tenants covered
    — we'll also apply this to all currently onboarded Google Workspace tenants
Logins from other countries will still be escalated.
## Impact
Partners onboarding Google Workspace tenants will see significantly fewer unnecessary escalations, especially in the first days after setup. No partner action is required.
