Installed Apps Permissions Filter

On the 'All Installed Apps' page it would be valuable to filter based on permissions. This would enable a quick view of the apps with the highest permissions for quicker review.

Please add a button in the "All Installed Applications" view (/account/rogue_apps/cloud_applications) that filters table for Applications with Permissions of varying levels to aid in visual walkthroughs.
The current table does not permit filtering on the Permissions column, which can be another way to quickly identify Applications with Permissions of varying levels. Functionality to export filtered view to CSV is also helpful.

I echo this request. The pagination is huge, and generally only care about powerful initially. This would be a huge time save.
