Use API to programmatically automate adding expected rules

Please could the API be developed to have a feature where we can add expected rules from it? I would like to create a form and automate adding holidays into Huntress when a user submits their holiday notice to us.

Would really love this.
I'm building a automation to streamline adding country rules to user identities and wanted to confirm the best approach.
What I'm automating:
When users travel or work from new locations, we want to quickly add "expected" country rules to their identity to prevent false positives. Currently this is done manually through:
Organizations → [Org] → Identities → [User] → Rules → Add Rule
What I need:
API to list identities in an organization (so users can select which identity)
API to create a rule for that specific identity
