Feature request/concern; Add exclusion date range for travelling.

We had a Critical incident reported because the user was travelling to several different countries using a VPN. We followed up with Huntress support on what triggered this and it was the use of a VPN and logging in from different IPs etc. They suggested we submit a feature request. Looking here online there are similar request made already like this it seems? When can we expect this to be implemented?
Question: Is there a way we can add an exclusion date range pro-actively when we know a user is travelling so we don't create these critical false positive issues?
If this feature is currently in progress, do we know when we can expect this to be available and how would we be notified when this is available? Thank you.

Planned Travel

It's a challenge to reach users who travel abroad for vacations when they trigger country rules. Today, we worked with multiple HR depts to require users submit a ticket notifying us when they plan to travel. On the surface, this seemed brilliant... in practice, we got a ton of tickets from people with their vacation plans months away. I wish there was a way to schedule a from/to timeframe instead of the current temp rule "from today until X date." I hope this makes sense... if the users are proactive with their notifications to us, we'd like to be proactive in the unwanted access portal as well. Thanks!

Ability to set a start date on location rules in advance

Our users are understanding we typically just disable any account that logs from a different country, than call them. So, they are notifying us of their travel plans. I spoke with support and there isn't an option.
Currently we are doing a manual team notification process. So, when we see the escalation, we don't disable them. It would be nice to have the start time to avoid human error.

Definitely a must have for rules. Have had a client come to us proactively about a cruise one of their seniors are going on which will include multiple stops around the globe. Would be nice to add these in now with a start date and end date. Instead for this case I've put schedules in my calendar to remind myself closer to the dates.

Agree. This could be hugely beneficial.
There are plenty of instances where this would make sense. Staff PTO, organization etc.

Schedule start date for expected countries/VPNs

When creating an expected rule for a country or VPN, you can schedule an expiry date, however you can't schedule a start date. It would be good to have the functionality to schedule a start date, as it would help with holiday requests etc.

This would be extremely useful as it is currently difficult to have good processes in place for getting staff members to report their holidays in advance to avoid false positives.

Adding in a start date would be very helpful indeed. We also use CIPP to schedule country block exclusions from CA, so also having this available via the API would be great.

This would be extremely helpful from the IT standpoint as our goal is to resolve tickets as soon as possible.

This would be super helpful (and would love to have an API endpoint!).
As it is, our service desk tries to schedule these for the day before but our schedulers would love if we no longer had to do that.
