Suppress alerts

If you are getting alerts you don't want, please let us know... we can set up a suppression for you. Either let support know, or reject the relevant report and tell us what you don't want to see anymore of.

Robert Dana Where is the list of alerts and incidents with their severity in the documentation so we can review them and let you know? I've been unable to locate this.

Still waiting to see this list. Right now, your VPN's are alerting for legitimate vendors like Fortinet, Cisco and others. I need to see a list.

This is something we are keen on also. If we can specify trusted IPs for VPN providers that would be ideal. Another thought - if an active Huntress Endpoint is detected or cross reference the external IP, it is generally safe to assume that it is a tech login (i.e. our techs have Huntress EDR installed, and are logging in from that IP to Microsoft 365 for a customer - we don't need an alert).

Exception for Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare Warp for all of our technicians. Huntress M365 is flagging some Cloudflare IPs as a suspicious IP address. AND Warp changes IP frequently while connected. The combination is causing the M365 to disable the connection. Please build in a way to exclude specified IP ranges from locking a user.

This is definitely needed urgently. We have an overseas office and our employees are constantly getting logged out and having their accounts disabled due to their connections being labelled as risky location sign-ins. And there's no way for us to exclude these.

Second this. We’ll be moving to warp soon too.
