Organization List Dropdown

When you click on the organization selector dropdown in the upper left hand corner of the portal, the organizations are in neat columns, which is great, but the left to right/top to bottom order of them being alphabetical is weird. It would be nice if it could go top to bottom/left to right.

Yes please! I would love to just be able to drop down the list and scroll through a single column list with a search bar at the top. With my Organisation always at the top so that I can return to overarching account.
