Org Level Admin for Email Alerts

Currently, I can only set email alerts at the account level, which is limiting. It would be beneficial to have the ability to assign email alerts at the organization level, allowing for more granular control and management of notifications. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage alerts effectively across different clients.

This would be hugely beneficial. To be clear, I would just like the ability to send company-specific incident reports to individual end user(s) specified via User creation at the tenant-level. User creation at tenant level is already possible, for reference. Just no live reporting on incidents.
