Org-level email alerts for self-management

I would like the ability for organization-level users to receive their own alert emails for self-management. Currently, adding an email to the alert list means they receive alerts for every account, which is not ideal. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows specific users within an organization to manage their own alerts independently.

We really need this ability plus the ability to split things up within an org based on some kind of grouping to deal with multinational orgs that have multiple IT departments based on geography.

we're experiencing the same issue whereby an organisation has their own internal I.T department that manages escalations and the lack of ability to redirect escalations to anything other than the global escalations email address is quite a hindrance.

We have clients with their own IT as well that this would be very helpful for. We have been having to workaround by forwarding them their alerts which can delay them getting the issue resolved.

This functionality would be especially helpful for escalation alerts that often involve travel. Having someone at the client responsible for managing these escalations and managing country/travel exceptions would help reduce false positives.

I have a client under an umbrella corporation that is requesting API keys for just their organization. It would be nice to get API keys at an Organization level instead of only Account level.
