Set Incident Notification Contacts at Org Level

I would like the ability to set Incident Notification Contacts at the organization level instead of the account level. This feature would be beneficial for IT Directors who need to receive phone or text notifications for critical incidents across the entire organization.

Crazy this needs to be a request in 2026 with Huntress being used hugely by the MSP world. This would make things so much easier than parsing emails for forwarding the email to the specific clients

Yes, please!!!! We co manage IT for a number of clients, and have to configure alerts out of our ticketing system. Klugey.
